Retainer Plans*
Retainer agreements are the best value for
clients needing regular, ongoing assistance to
lighten their workload. There are four basic
arrangements available, with lower hourly rates
for more hours contracted. We'll work with
you and your budget to determine the best
solution to meet your needs.
Plan 1: 12 or fewer hours per month
Plan 2: 13-16 hours per month
Plan 3: 17-20 hours per month
Plan 4: 21-32 hours per month
* FIRST TWO HOURS ARE FREE FOR NEW CLIENTS!
Three-month minimum contract required for all new retainer
agreements.
Per Project**
Rescue Desk understands that clients sometimes
just need help temporarily with a single project
or two, or need assistance during a busy
business cycle. So, we also offer non-retainer
rates. This is also an option for clients simply
looking to "try out" working with a VA to see if
it's a good solution for them.
**FIRST HOUR IS FREE FOR NEW CLIENTS! Four-hour
minimum required for project work. Rescue Desk gladly
provides estimates for assistance with your projects.
Expenses
External expenses (i.e., postage for mailers, mileage (if applicable), third-party vendors, and other
incidental expenses) are charged to the client when expenses are expressly authorized by the client.
Contracts
Rescue Desk asks clients to sign a standard services agreement to ensure both parties are in
agreement about the work to be done and the scope of each project.
Payment
Rescue Desks invoices on a monthly basis, with payment due within 21 days of invoice date. Checks,
money orders and VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (via PayPal) are accepted.

Rescue Desk tailors its support based on clients' needs and the
services provided. While not an exclusive list, services generally
fall into one (or more) of these categories:
Rescue Desk charges between $28-36 per
hour, offering retainer plans as well as
per-project support.
First, track how long it takes you to get through
your to-do list. Second, consider what you’d like
to accomplish in the future – would having an
assistant allow you to reach those goals sooner?
Finally, think about how you would spend the
extra time – would an extra 12 hours a month
equal more time for prospecting; or would an
extra 20 hours give you the balance you need
between work and home?
